Concordia Hospice of Washington is a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System that offers both quality home care and inpatient hospice end-of-life care. Concordia Hospice of Washington serves our patients in Washington and Greene counties with the focus to provide services that offer comfort, peace, and dignity for those with incurable illnesses and for their families.

Concordia Hospice of Washington seeking a full time Registered Nurse to care for and serve our patients in our Burgettstown service area.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care developed by the patient and/or family, physician and hospice team. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital).

QUALIFICATIONS

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania·
Demonstrates excellent clinical skills· Current CPR certification· Solid computer skills, including Word·
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail·
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)·
Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
