Hospice Registered Nurse (PRN)

Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)PRN Position which will care for our Hospice patients in our Washington County service area. A wonderful coverage area to accommodate your work life balance.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care developed by the patient and/or family, physician and hospice team. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital).

QUALIFICATIONS

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of two [2] years experience in patient care preferred
Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
Current CPR certification
Solid computer skills, including Word
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
