Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a full-time Compliance and Quality Educator to be based out of our Washington office location. This excellent salaried opportunity comes with an extensive benefits package.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Compliance and Quality Supervisor is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for the coordination of compliance to government and corporate regulations and Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Five (5) years nursing experience required
Two (2) years hospice experience with a strong knowledge of hospice regulatory standards required
Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and quality programs specific to hospice
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) that facilitate staff education related to quality outcomes and expectations
Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
