Licensed CNA with Residential Home Experience for Poinciana, FL

Are you a compassionate and dedicated CNA with experience in residential home care? We are seeking qualified CNAs to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Positions Available:
- Saturday & Sunday Night Shifts: 12 a.m. - 8 a.m.
- Sunday Day Shifts: 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.
- Tuesday Day Shifts: 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.
- PRN Shifts: Morning, Night, or Flexible Hours

Requirements:
- Current CNA certification
- Direct Support Professional experience is a plus
- Experience in a residential home setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents with medical complex conditions
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow care plans and document care provided
