Description Attention all Nurse Practitioners, we are calling you to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to our Military Service members. We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of Kentucky on an "as needed basis". We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following: U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Army National Guard (ARNG) U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR) Air National Guard (ANG) U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Responsibilities: Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel. Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires. Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns. Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health. Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system. Caregivers Comfort Keepers of Madison is currently seeking positive, dependable, and caring Caregivers who are looking for an opportunity to help the elderly around the Cross Plains area. No experience needed. Willing to provide training. Essential Functions and Duties: Assist the client with activities of daily living by providing any of the Comfort Keepers approved personal care activities including, but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and/or ambulation. Provide for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family members with light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client's garments and linens and changing the bed. Assist in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, dishes, and kitchen clean-up. Incidental transportation in personal or client's vehicle for errands, shopping, medical appointments, social, and recreational activities. Remind client to take self-administered medications. Observe and report any changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation as directed by office policy in a timely manner. Complete required documentation of services delivered and submit to office in a timely manner according to policy. Use equipment and supplies safely and properly. Maintain confidentiality regarding client information. Other reasonable related duties as assigned.
