Shifts Available: 7a-3p

Some Duties and Responsibilities for Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers:

Work with all departments and personnel to ensure comprehensive care, treatment, and environment meet our superior standards.
Provide professional guidance, supervision, and encouragement to professional and non-professional staff.
Assumes nursing administrative responsibilities of the facility for weekend and holiday coverage as requested.
Supervise nursing department staff performance; assist with completion of annual evaluations.
Initiate disciplinary action of nursing department staff performance and floor nurses when warranted.
Hold unit meetings with nursing department staff performance as needed.

Requirements for Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Pennsylvania RN license or LPN License
Supervisory experience preferred.

Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers can start as early as NEXT WEEK!
