The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be responsible for applying skills and techniques common to the practice of vocational nursing to patients between the ages of the adolescent and the elderly. The Licensed Practical Nurse reports directly to the Clinical Coordinator and performs assigned tasks related to patient care. The work is performed in compliance with the established policies of the practice and reflects the philosophy of the practice. I have reviewed these job requirements and verify that I can perform the minimum requirements and essential functions of this position
Additional Job Description
Education: Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program with successful completion of the medication examination.
License/Certification: Current South Carolina Practical Nurse licensure or a compact state., and American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
