Compassionate Caregivers Needed: $300 Signing Bonus + Training Provided

While prior caregiving experience is preferred, we are also open to training candidates who demonstrate the qualities needed to excel in this role. Job Responsibilities:

Assist seniors with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
Help clients with mobility and physical support needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the client’s home.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and office staff to ensure top-notch care.

What We’re Looking For:

Compassionate individuals who have a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients.
Ability to treat seniors with dignity and respect, and provide care in a professional and empathetic manner.
Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Reliable car available for use at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

Six months of caregiving experience in homes or facilities (preferred but not required).
Experience supporting older adults with various care needs.
COVID-19 vaccination.
