Our office is located in Huntington Beach and we also serve Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Westminster, Anaheim, Santa Ana, and surrounding areas.

Comfort Keepers is in need for experienced caregivers/Home Health Aides

Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) Morning (8a-12p), afternoon, (1p-6p), and evenings (6p-10p), shifts available.
Perform personal care, safe transfers, showers, housekeeping, and errands
Hoyer Lift
Willingness to expand your current skill level if required
Alzheimer's Care
Quadraplegic Care
Parkinson's Care
Limited Mobility

Desired Caregiver applicants will meet the following requirements:

HCA Eligible, or have PCA, HHA, CNA license or at least one year of professional caregiving experience
Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Negative TB test or CXR
Ability to use phone technology for client note taking and scheduling phone app

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
Help seniors with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, organization, and cooking of meals
Accompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and other outings
Organize transportation, assisting getting in/out of your care, safe ambulation
Transfers, Bed Level Care, wheelchair mobility
Personal Care/Assist with Bathing, Toileting, peri-care, and dressing
Be willing to be trained if needed for personal care services.
Ability to use phone technology for scheduling and client care notes
Encourage activity and movement
Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies
Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home

Salary: From $19.00+ per hour for weekends
