Job Description

Right at Home West Palm Beach, Home Health Agency is looking for qualified Parttime or Per Diem RNs.

Do you have a positive attitude and experience in home healthcare? Are you compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and do you have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing daily assignments? Are you a team player who enjoys your work and who can deliver the legendary customer service. If so, come join our team.

The ideal candidate has a valid RN license, current certification in CPR, and experience working in home health. In addition, candidates must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance and must provide proof of the required health/background checks and training.

Responsibilities

Conducts initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client's needs
Performs starts-of-care, re-certifications, and discharges, supervisory visits on caregivers.
Responds to emergency situations
Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor
Ensures that required documentation is complete in a timely manner and is in compliance with regulations and standards
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Valid RN license
Current CPR card
COMPASSION and a DESIRE TO HELP the elderly, the sick, and their families
Experience in home healthcare required
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
Level 2 background check required
CEU’s
Health Assessment Done within last 6 months (TB within 1 year)
