As a Part-Time RN Weekend Supervisor at Hilltop Manor, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring optimal care for our senior residents. You can expect to lead a team of dedicated professionals, conducting regular assessments to maintain safety and quality standards. Daily tasks may include coordinating resident care plans, addressing any immediate concerns, and facilitating communication between staff, residents, and their families.

Your expected schedule will be every Saturday and Sunday, providing you with the chance to maintain a consistent presence in our facility. You'll engage in hands-on supervision, actively supporting your team while fostering a positive and energetic workplace culture. Collaboration with the leadership team will also be an essential part of your role, as you work together to implement innovative practices and uphold the high-performance standards we cherish at Hilltop Manor.
