What would you do as a RN MDS Coordinator

As a new RN MDS Coordinator at Hilltop Manor, you can expect a dynamic and structured day-to-day environment. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans for our senior residents. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while improving the overall quality of care. Each day, you will engage in regular communication with nursing staff, residents, and families to address any concerns and foster a customer-centric atmosphere.

You will also participate in staff training sessions and quality improvement initiatives, emphasizing our core values of empathy and integrity. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the high-performance culture at Hilltop Manor.
