Requirements for a Registered Nurse (RN):

Valid Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
Exemplary critical thinking capability
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
Must have compassion, tolerance, and understanding of older adults
