As a companionship caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Skills & Attributes:

Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage families and professionals alike
Compassionate and empathetic approach to relationship-building and community engagement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to speak in front of groups
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout the region
Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification required
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) preferred but not required
