Northridge Health and Rehab is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

Northridge Health and Rehabilitation is Recognized throughout the area for our state-of-the-art ventilator and respiratory care, we are proud of our warm and supportive, community-focused facility. Join a team of passionate and dedicated caregivers, with the oppurtunity to learn more about vent and trach with facility training and education and approved state certification covered by the facility.

New Grads are strongly encourage to apply!

Requirements:

Active WI License Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communications skills
