Our Homemaker Companions are the heart of our business. Without you, we couldn’t improve the lives of our seniors with their everyday needs, put a smile on their face or be the highlight of their day! It is hard to put a price on helping others but we know how important you are as a Homemaker Companion and the value you provide our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Rate: 16.00-18.00 ( includes weekends)

o Paid travel time between clients and paid mileage

· 24/7 office staff support

· Mobile clock in/out

· Work in close proximately to home

· A great working culture

· PPE (personal protective equipment) provided

· Ongoing PAID training and development through our online learning system

· On-the-job training for unique client situations

· Recognition, celebrations and great team interactions!

Responsibilities:

· Assist with daily living needs offering companionship care

· Take clients on walks, trips to social events, assistance with hobbies, or run an errand

· Prepare a home cooked meal (you don’t need to be a gourmet chef)

· Perform light housekeeping

· A Homemaker Companion will not provide medical, nursing or skilled services

Requirements:

· High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate

· The Homemaker Companion shallhave successfully completed a written CompetencyEvaluation.

· Read, write, speak, and understand Englishwith or without reasonable accommodations as needed for the job.

· Homemaker Companion must be able to lift at least __ lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.

· Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations.
