Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse-RN to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care) in Burnsville, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.

This Nursing schedule includes;

32 hours every two weeks
Day shift
Includes every other weekend Saturday/Sunday and holiday rotations

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
Current MN RN license
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
0-1 years of experience

0-3 years of experience
TCU LPN/RN experience
Basic computer skills
Point Click Care knowledge
