Position Overview

Specialty: Medical Surgical

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a Med Surg/Step Down setting.
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum Experience: Preferred 1 year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency.
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS.
Licensure: Current RN license in good standing.
Other Requirements: Resume, skills checklist, licensure, certifications, driver’s license.
Scheduling Requirements: Must choose between 8-hour or 12-hour shifts and pick up at least one shift every 60 days to remain active.

Compensation

Estimated Hourly Rate: $52
Recruitment Bonus: $1,327.20 (for a 13-week contract, prorated for shorter durations)
