Your day as a Unit Manager (RN or LPN)

As a Full-Time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) at Glenburney Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, your daily responsibilities will revolve around leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care. You will conduct regular assessments to evaluate patient health, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor residents' progress. Engagement with families and caregivers is essential, so you'll foster open communication to address any concerns and provide support. In addition, you'll oversee staff scheduling, comply with safety regulations, and ensure all documentation meets quality standards.

Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall resident experiences will be key, as will be participating in quality improvement initiatives.
