Make a difference as a RN Supervisor - 2nd Shift

As a Full-Time RN Supervisor on the 2nd Shift at Glenburney Health Care and Rehabilitation, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks aimed at ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance. You will oversee nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship while fostering a culture of teamwork and communication. Regularly, you will assess patient care plans, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory standards. In addition, you will conduct shifts handoff meetings, facilitating smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Routine rounds will be part of your day, allowing you to monitor patients' conditions and address any immediate needs. You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care quality and resolve issues efficiently. Your proactive problem-solving skills will be essential as you manage staffing needs and maintain compliance with safety protocols, ensuring the highest standards of resident care every day.
