We are looking for a IV certified RN who can provide Nursing care in a nursing home setting. Observe and assess the resident to enhance the quality of life. Follow nursing policy and procedure per company standards. Follow the plan of care according to the physician orders. Must be proficient in Trach and wound skills. Skilled nursing will perform assessments, administer medications, lifting and transferring, provide personal care and to assist with care. Exceptional PTO and

- Currently licensed in the State of Ohio

- Demonstrates adequate Knowledge regarding exposure and safe handling of body fluids

- Demonstrates assessment skills.

- Demonstrates ability to communicate with patients, physicians and staff.

- Demonstrates motivation to increase knowledge regarding nursing home care.

- Evidence of satisfactory BCI background check.

- Must have physical abilities to adequately perform described duties.

- Ability to learn and apply practical training, follow physicians orders and produce accurate records. Essential Qualifications:

-Education: must be currently licensed in the state of Ohio.

-Must be CPR certified
