Minimum job qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of New York
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work 8 or12-hour shifts on weekends

Job duties:

Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend shifts
Supervise nursing staff and support teams
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Provide hands-on nursing care when needed
