Experienced Caregivers Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene to ensure our clients' comfort and well-being.

• Ensuring proper nutrition by providing support with meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed.

• Performing light housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness and create a comfortable living environment for our clients.

• Maintaining vigilance over our clients' health and safety, particularly considering any fall risk or bedbound conditions they may have.

• Providing invaluable companionship and emotional support to our clients, fostering a sense of connection and well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience and Certification: Whether you have two or more years of caregiving experience under your belt or you're a certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) with at least one year of experience, we welcome your expertise.

• Valid IDs and Proof of US Work Authorization: As part of our commitment to legal compliance and transparency, we require valid identification and proof of U.S. work authorization. This ensures that all caregivers on our team are legally authorized to work in the United States, providing reassurance to both caregivers and clients alike.

• Background and Eligibility Checks: Safety is paramount. We conduct thorough criminal background checks and verify U.S. work eligibility to ensure peace of mind for both caregivers and families.

• Driving Records and Insurance: If driving is part of your caregiving duties, we'll check your driving record and ensure you have a valid Driver's License and updated Auto Insurance.

• Work References: We prioritize professionalism and accountability. That's why we require verifiable work references to uphold our commitment to quality care.
