To join this team please have the following requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting
Must have experience in supervision and principles, the practice of teaching, etc.
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures in a skiled nursing setting
Strong communication skills, professionalism and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine, or medical exemption)

Seeking an experienced and passionate nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership role as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS)
