Unit Summary:

The Medical Surgical/Tele Float RN position is a perfect position for an RN who likes a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to gain more experience. You will float between 4 different units, and have the opportunity to work with collaborative teams who strive to provide exceptional patient care. Our Med/Surg Tele RN Float position offers an opportunity to work in any of our Med/Surg or Med/Surg Tele areas to expand your skills and earn additional float differential. The Med/Surg Tele RN Float Pool is a perfect position for an RN who likes a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to expand their knowledge and skill set. You will float between the Medical 4, Medical 5, Medical 3, and Cummings Surg 5 units.

Hours: 36 hours/week, Weekend Track- Nights

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 years in telemetry/Critical care is preferred
18+ months working as an RN
Current RN licensure in the state of MA
Associates Degree Required
BSN is strongly preferred
BLS required
ACLS preferred
Tele experience required
