Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN). This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional to support the well-being of students in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic medical care to students and staff, including first aid and emergency care.
Manage chronic health conditions for students and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform health assessments and screenings, including vision and hearing tests.
Create and implement care plans for students with health-related needs.
Act as a liaison between school staff, parents, and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate health records and reports in compliance with state regulations and school policies.
Promote a healthy school environment by educating students and staff on wellness and safety practices.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NH.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
Ability to handle medical emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized.
