In Bradford, VT, a unique opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to provide essential 1:1 support to a medically fragile elementary student. This role is crucial in enabling the student to access their education safely and effectively, ensuring that their health and medical needs are met throughout the school day.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Vermont
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in pediatric nursing, particularly with medically fragile students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Location:
Bradford, VT

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized nursing care to a medically fragile student
Monitor and assess the student’s health needs, implementing appropriate interventions
Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a safe learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents regarding the student’s health and progress
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student health records and documentation
