Position Overview:

Degree: Respiratory Therapist
Specialty: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Multiple Available
Shift: Multiple Available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory care to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
Utilize BiPAPs, Avea Vents, and Airvos equipment.
Document using Meditech system.
Every other weekend required.

Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 2 years as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
Certifications: TN state license, ACLS, BLS (NRP can be provided on-site if not already acquired).
Skills: NICU experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Scheduling Requirements: Night shift, self-scheduling in a 4-week system, every other weekend.
Flu Vaccine: Required year-round.
Location Requirement: Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Compensation:

Estimated Hourly Rate: $35
Weekly Stipend: $676.07
Gross Weekly Pay: $1,324
Recruitment Bonus: $924 (for a 13-week contract, prorated for shorter durations)
