Responsibilities:

Assist with daily patient care activities, including vital signs, medication administration, and monitoring residents' overall health conditions.
Support nursing staff in providing medical and personal care to residents.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, treatments, and progress.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
