The Personal Care Worker (PWC) provides for the personal needs and comfort of clients in their home by performing various personal care services in accordance with an established Plan of Care.

Personal Care Worker Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older
Ability to pass a background check
Must provide three professional references
At least six months experience in healthcare-related work preferred

Flexible schedule to accommodate job requests, and reliability for all accepted shifts
Maturity and ability to make good decisions in the care of clients
Commitment to maintaining all education and training requirements by the state
