Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patients' conditions in the Emergency Department.
Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on urgency.
Administer medications and treatments according to protocols and prescriptions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any concerning changes immediately.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the electronic medical records.

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree acceptable with experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to remain calm and make decisions quickly in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
