Position Overview:
Staff4Me is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a minimum of three years of professional experience and a background in wound care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide specialized care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, contributing to high-quality healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans, with a focus on wound care management.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
Develop individualized wound care plans, including treatment protocols and follow-up evaluations.
Perform minor procedures such as debridement, wound dressing changes, and other wound-related treatments.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and preventive care measures.
Keep accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Stay updated on best practices and innovations in wound care.

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on wound care.
Certification or specialized training in wound care is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
