As a Live-in Care Provider, you will reside with clients in their homes to provide assistance and support. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to helping others maintain independence and quailty of life while living in a familiar environment. You will offer personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a compassionate and supportive living arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting as needed.
Support individuals with mobility challenges by assisting with transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary requirements.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a nurturing and positive environment.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying living spaces, laundry and dishwashing.
Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and recreational activites, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health status to appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activity logs and incident reports.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, respecting clients' rights to privacy, dignity and autonomy.
Participate in training and continuing education programs to enhance skills and knowledge in caregiving practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
