Unit Notes

-Patient mix includes Level 1 trauma, high acuity patients. Services include Gen Surg, Urology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Neuro, ENT, Eyes, Dental and GI.

-Must be CST certified.

-Shift requests: 4x10 hr or 3x12 hr shifts day/eve shift (weekday) 1.0 willing to go to .8 in interested. 8 hr call shift per week (evening shift)

-Holiday requirement: One 12 hour shift for in house day/eve on one 12 hour call shift day/eve (1 holiday out of 3 during the next 13 weeks)

-Thanksgiving 11/25

-Day After 11/26

-Christmas Eve 12/24

-Christmas Day 12/25

-Observed Christmas 12/27

-New Years Eve 12/31

-New Years Day 1/1

-Weekend call or weekend shift no more than one 12 hour shift for in house and one 12 hour call shift of month (weekend in house day shift. Call would be 7a-7p)
