Resume and Cover Letter for RN Memory Care Positions

To grab the attention of hiring managers, tailor your resume and cover letter to a job ad. For instance, if a facility emphasizes the use of tact and patience when interacting with residents, their families, and visitors, be sure your RN resume highlights your communication skills and any de-escalation training you may have.

Your cover letter should emphasize the values that you share with each particular facility. Make it a point to research a facility’s mission statement to learn about their care priorities. Not sure what else to include? Check out our RN cover letter sample for inspiration.
