What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional nursing care by conducting skillful assessments, making accurate diagnoses, and defining desired outcomes. Implement and evaluate treatment plans in strict adherence to facility or departmental policies and procedures. Maintain a safe work environment for all, ensuring the well-being of both patients and staff. Continually strive to enhance your clinical and professional competency, tailoring your approach as necessary to meet the specific needs of the patients you serve.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) Pennsylvania State RN Licensure Minimum 1 year of hospital dept experience Current BLS certification Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care Successful completion of additional orientation programs
