Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving Primary Care Clinic in a partnership capacity. This unique opportunity allows a dedicated healthcare professional to provide exceptional patient care and have an active role in shaping the clinic’s vision and operations as a business partner.

As a Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will deliver high-quality primary care services to a diverse patient population while collaborating with our team to improve clinic efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall growth. Your clinical expertise and entrepreneurial mindset will drive the success of the clinic and ensure its long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized care plans.
Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle management.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
Oversee clinic operations and workflow in partnership with other stakeholders.
Actively participate in business planning, financial decisions, and strategic growth initiatives for the clinic.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.
Develop and maintain relationships with the local community and other healthcare providers to enhance clinic visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with a valid Nurse Practitioner license.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in primary care or family medicine.
Demonstrated leadership or management experience is a plus.
Certifications: Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Active DEA license and prescriptive authority.
Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for community-focused care and interest in healthcare entrepreneurship.
