Pay Range: $80k-$130k

At Ethan treatment centers we work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction; equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers and reconnect individuals with their support system and community. Our Outreach Coordinators, Admissions Counselors, and Intake Team work together to provide a comprehensive onboarding process. From scheduling an admission date to acquainting individuals to the campus, and everything in between, patients are supported by our team of compassionate employees.

Our team members work with our patients to help in the recovery and treatment process to restore to a better quality life through their individual plans, group therapy and overall stay at our facility.

The Role Itself

Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
Enhances facility visibility by involvement in community regarding substance abuse community needs.
Supervises nursing team.
Functions as a liaison between doctor, clients, clinicians, referral sources, and employees.
Prepares reports and attends meetings.
Oversees client satisfaction data in collaboration with the Business Office Manager.
Meets facility staffing and budget benchmarks.
Ensures the implementation of an ongoing system of program orientation for clients and staff.
Assures adequate supervision and evaluation processes for nursing staff members and delegate these responsibilities as appropriate.
Assists with orientation for new employees.
Routinely reviews job assignments and utilization of staff.
Analyzes statistical data on inpatient programs to determine and respond to trends.
Collaborates with nursing staff on maintaining a high level of service and quality medical care.
Acts as a role model for excellent customer service and holds all nursing staff to this standard.

Qualifications & Experience requirements

Must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of managing and overseeing the nursing activities
Must have an active RN license in the State of Ohio
Must have a background in developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and clinical protocols for care of clients.
