Givens Highland Farms, a premier nonprofit life plan community (continuing care retirement community) in Black Mountain, is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. This is a meaningful and vital position where you positively impact the lives of our residents, visitors, and fellow team members every day. The hours for this position will be 7am-7pm and every other weekend. we understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, so we collaborate with you to offer flexible scheduling where possible.

What you'll do:

Delivery of resident care using appropriate nursing practices
Administering medication
Documentation
Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents

What you'll need:

An unencumbered LPN for the state of North Carolina
An ability to work with minimal direct supervision

Added plus if the candidate has:

1 year of experience working with older adults
Supervision experience as a LPN

Compensation is $28.00-$32.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differential pay, $5000 Sign-On bonus, and our comprehensive benefits package!
