We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to champion excellence in patient care during the dynamic Day Shift (8am-4pm). As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to uphold our commitment to delivering top-tier care to our residents.

Pay Range: 110k-120k

Shift: 8-4 or 9-5

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the leadership team to oversee and enhance day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Efficiently manage nursing coverage to ensure round-the-clock care, optimizing existing resources and minimizing overtime
Implement progressive counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary, in alignment with facility policies
Lead by example in delivering compassionate and skillful resident care, while also facilitating staff development through training and mentorship
Collaborate on quality assurance initiatives, driving continuous improvement in resident care services
Actively engage in staff recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the team is comprised of top-tier talent

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the State of New York
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
