Overview:
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position within a school setting. The ideal candidate will provide essential health services to students, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and routine health assessments.
Develop and manage individualized health care plans (IHPs) for students with chronic conditions.
Work closely with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to create a safe and healthy learning environment.
Maintain accurate health records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in health education initiatives and provide training to school staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
Capable of handling emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.
