Nurses Needed Nationwide: LPNs, RNs

As a healthcare professional working in various roles, including Travel Nurses, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), GNAs (Geriatric Nursing Assistants), LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses), and RNs (Registered Nurses), you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a variety of healthcare environments. Your compassionate nature, strong clinical skills, and ability to adapt to changing settings will make you an invaluable healthcare team member.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, dressing wounds, inserting catheters, coordinating patient treatments, and ensuring patient comfort.

2. Assessments and Documentation: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, maintain accurate and detailed patient records, document observations, changes in conditions, and treatment plans in a timely manner.

3. Care Planning: Participate in developing patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring individualized care tailored to each patient's needs.

4. Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient treatments, assist in medical procedures, and provide support during emergencies.

5. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with patients, their families, fellow healthcare professionals, and supervisors, ensuring the exchange of accurate information and efficient care coordination.

6. Compliance: Follow established protocols, standards, and regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, infection control measures, and safety protocols to provide a safe and secure healthcare environment for patients and staff.

7. Training and Education: Stay updated on the latest healthcare techniques, technologies, and best practices; actively participate in continuing education, training sessions, and certifications to enhance clinical skills and expand knowledge base.

Requirements:

- For Travel Nurses: Valid nursing license in the state of practice; relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS may be required depending on the assignment.

- For CNAs and GNAs:

- CNAs: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program and certification in the state of practice; CPR certification.

- GNAs: Completion of a state-approved GNA program and certification in the state of practice; CPR certification.

- For LPNs: Valid LPN license in the state of practice; completion of an accredited practical nursing program; CPR certification.

- For RNs: Valid RN license in the state of practice; relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS may be required depending on the position.
