In this role, you’ll be part of a team represented by SEIU Local 775

Our Home Care Aides:

Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.
Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
Participate and complete trainings and certification program.

What you need to succeed!:

Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions
Able to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required
Reliable transportation to and from client's home, personal vehicle is preferred, not required
Must be at least 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
