JOB SUMMARY:

Our Certified Caregivers perform the most essential task in our industry which is providing a high level of care for our clients. Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape.

We offer same day/next day interviews and a fast onboarding process!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a State Certified Caregiver. Will be verified with the AZ CGFM Registry.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred to have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population

Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute client care plans and document daily activities

Assist clients with activities of daily living

Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping

Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship

REQUIREMENTS:

Certified Caregiver - Must be State Certified. Will be verified with the AZ CGFM Registry.

Experience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care

Negative drug screen, cleared background screening and work-related references as part of the onboarding process

Negative TB test completed in last 12 months

BLS/CPR/First Aid certifications

Reliable Transportation

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Client homes

Skilled, Independent and Assisted Living Communities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements

Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers

Able to talk, hear and see

Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

COMPENSATION:

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: Starting at $18/hr, depending on experience

Benefits: Access to Earned Pay On-Demand
