RN - Newcastle Primary Care Clinic, 0.6 FTE/Evenings

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 1345-2215

8-hour shifts

Overlake Clinics, LLC (OC) is currently seeking aRegistered Nurse to join our newPrimary Care Cliniclocated in Newcastle.The Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards of care and practice, collaborating with the Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director in developing and maintaining clinic protocols, policies and procedures. Additionally, the Clinic Nurse will provide direction to the non-physician clinical team and educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention and chronic disease management. RN supporting 3 clinics (Newcastle, Lake Hills, Sammamish) and 7 primary care providers. Main duties include serving as a care manager for high risk/complex patients, assisting with provider in-basket and triage needs, training and support of Medical Assistants and assisting with rooming and clinical needs for daily patients seen in the clinic.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
