Northridge Health and Rehab is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

Northridge Health and Rehabilitation is Recognized throughout the area for our state-of-the-art ventilator and respiratory care, we are proud of our warm and supportive, community-focused facility. Requirements:

Active WI License Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communications skills
