FULL TIME / 40 HOURS/ WEST ROXBURY/ HYDE PARK

This is a full-time, 40-hour, onsite LPN position at Faulkner Community Physicians (FCP). FCP consists of two off-site primary care clinics: West Roxbury and Hyde Park. Staff are assigned to either location by the nurse manager.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Providing care for patients in a primary care clinic
Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.

Qualifications

Licenses/Certifications: Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
Experience: Some experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
