Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a primary care ambulatory setting responsible for rooming and assessment of patients, preparing examination rooms, and coordination of care.

Position Specifics:

o Specialty: Family Medicine- Pershing Road

o Schedule: Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Days Monday-Friday

o Clinic Location: Decatur, IL

o Sign On: $10,000

o Compensation that aligns with your experience

Education Qualifications

Completion of state approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Training Program is required.

Experience Qualifications

1-2 years of LPN experience is preferred. Additional proficiencies may be required in some clinical areas.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.

Pay Range:

$20.50 - $29.75

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
