Job Title: MDS Coordinator/ Nurse Manager

Full-time.
8am - 5pm.
Weekend and on-call required.

Location: 1325 Main St. Windsor, Colorado

About the Role:

As a Nurse Manager/ MDS Coordinator at Columbine Commons Health & Rehab, you will:

Ensure resident well-being is held to the highest standards by overseeing staff and proper care procedures.
Empower staff development and a culture of positivity by providing mentorship, training, and orientation to new staff members.
Foster a quality of life for residents by relaying key care metrics and information to appropriate committees and leadership.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university required.
Clear and unencumbered RN license from State of Colorado required.
Minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare leadership role required.
Prior experience in nursing leadership or education as well as MDS coordination preferred.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze and summarize large quantities of data.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and problem-solving skills.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $38 - $49.22/hr. DOE
