We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses all over Nassau County, Long Island who are looking for 1:1 School Nursing job opportunities.

Once you apply, you will be matched with a recruiter who will interview, onboard, and give you the upcoming orientation dates in Melville, Long Island.

Qualifications/Education:

2 years of Pediatric LPN experience required.
LPN license and registration required.
BLS Card from American Heart Association

Responsibilities:

Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
Additional responsibilities as required.
